Job Description

Responsibilities:

·         Executing marketing campaigns and identifying business development opportunities.

·         Have a strong network of contacts which you will use to develop new business opportunities.

·         Have a great understanding of digital services and how they can benefit clients.

·         Have great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills

·         Devise and execute a successful business development strategy in line with the Company’s plans.

·         Win new business and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets.

·         Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales.

·         Successfully manage the sales process.

·         Keep up-to-date and maintain a strong knowledge on all things digital.

·         Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails

·         Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.

·         Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.

·         Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.

·         Report to the Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.

·         Meet personal sales targets.

·         Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.

·         Achieving sales targets through new client acquisition and growing existing client base in the assigned territory.

·         Need to have a good awareness of targets and revenue and have strong self-discipline and attention to detail.

 

Requirements:

·         Graduate/Post Graduate with 2 to 5 years of Digital Sales/Marketing Experience.

·         Good presentation and communication skills.

·         should be confident

·         Resilient and able to handle pressure but also are good listeners in order to understand clients’ needs.

·         Need to have a good awareness of targets and revenue and have strong self-discipline and attention to detail.

·         Meet the monthly targets

·         Deliver sales reports to management

Education– Any Graduate in Any Specialization Any Postgraduate
Location- Indore (Work from any location)
Salary – 30,000 – 40,000 per month

Time – 11pm - 5am (Monday – Friday)

NOTE – it's completely target based No fixed salary, it’s totally depends on your work.
