Job Description:
- The candidate will be responsible for direct lead generation , sales push and conversion for active services selling for the company.
- Finding out faults and loop holes in the current business strategies and change them and help in preventing stagnancy in the business by implementing new ideas continuously
- The company will allocate suitable remuneration as per industry standards along with commissions for achieving over and above sales targets.
- Strong candidates with a willingness to explore the European Region and US region will be preferred,.
- Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity
- Clock watchers will not be strictly entertained.
- You need to proactively work round the clock to drive sales.
- Along with the above mentioned qualities you will also need to have
- Excellent communications.
- Online Marketing techniques.
- Strong knowledge of online marketing tools and portals.
- Knowledge of handling international clients.
- Cold Calling,
- Good understanding of website development process Sound knowledge of Online marketing Proposal writing ability.
- Your main area of focus will be to generate new leads and converting more sales.
- Develop and maintain profiles on social and professional networking
Preferred Skills:
- Exceptional communication skill in English – both oral and written.
- Extremely reliable and detail oriented personality
- Candidates with experience in Digital Marketing, voice process, technical support for international customers, are desirable.
- Candidate must be hard-working, results-oriented, self-motivated and have perseverance.
- A go-getter and team player with a positive attitude.
