Job Title:  Business Development Executive (Female Only)

Academic Qualification: BBA/ MBA/ B.E/ Any graduation (Marketing knowledge an advantage)

Job Profile:

• Generate new leads through Internet/ other media.
• Conduct market research, gather market intelligence and identification of potential leads across the globe, specifically in the US, Australia and European Markets
• Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization. Turn it into increased business.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Interact with the clients to understand the requirements effectively.
• Respond to and follow up sales inquiries using appropriate methods.
• Maintain and develop a computerized client and prospective client database.
• Develop and maintain profiles on social networking.
• Build the brand image of the Company.
• Handle objections by clarifying and emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
• Co-ordination and communication with the Management regarding all marketing and sales aspects.

Requirements:

• Excellent Communication and negotiation skills (Proficiency in English compulsory. Hindi and Malayalam appreciated) 
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge in online and digital marketing.
• Good understanding of software development process.
• Knowledge in proposal writing/ corporate presentation/ other forms of corporate writing/ business communication (added advantage).
• Should be able to work in US shifts.
• Female candidates preferred
