Job Description
Job responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of select service categories (The buck stops at you for these categories)
- Get us to dominate your categories in the cities present
- Understand the category in depth, and how customers hire in the same
- Identify and on-board great service professionals in the category – This may involve meeting many of them and plenty of field work initially
- Institutionalize service delivery norms and processes for the category
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal partners in marketing, technology and product to execute multiple category and central level projects
- Represent us in city wide events and conferences. Work with the product team to create a great user experience for that category
- Work with the marketing team to generate customer requests in that category
- 1 + years of work-experience in startups, consulting, marketing or operations roles, Freshers can apply.
- Strong analytical skills and a data driven decision making mentality
- Strong oral and written communication skills
