Urgently hiring Business Development Executives (Kolkata) for one of the largest e-commerce organizations, with PAN India presence (largest in the e-Grocery segment).

Business Development Executives (B2C)

Job Role

• Reporting to the Business Development Manager of the respective region / Location
• Identify, develop & manage strategic tie-ups with apartment complexes to grow the business.
• Working as per the B2C sales plan, acquire customers by driving BTL Activities with the objective of onboarding customers in the system (APP download & Wallet recharge)
• Get involved in the community-focused launch plan of the company's services.
• Develop visibility and contacts in the community & apartment associations. Work involves everyday visits to Apartment Complexes for a major portion of work hours, promoting digital platforms (Mobile App).

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bike (or any 2Wheeler) & Valid DL
• Decent communication skills in English, Hindi & Bangla
• Smartphone
• Basic Computer knowledge
• Willingness & Ability / Experience in Direct Sales.
• Valid AADHAR No. (ability to generate e-aadhar).
• Confidence, commitment, and passion to solve business challenges and deliver consistently.

Age: Below 30 Yrs.

Qualification: Any Graduates & above. 

Experience: Min. 1 yr. in B2C Sales preferably in Field / Direct Sales.
SMART FRESHERS ARE WELCOME.

Work Locations: Kolkata.

Shifts: As per business requirements. The candidate needs to be flexible and willing to work on break shifts.

Working Days: 6 Days

Weekly Off: Rotational (as per teamwork plan, Weekends are working days)
