Job Responsibilities

Identifying new business prospects from multiple sources like LinkedIn, existing database, social media research etc.

Doing Competitor Analysis and designing the further plan of Action for growth.

Analyzing and understanding client's requirement and Provide them support via mail, chat and calls.

Communicating and Follow up with clients time to time for their specific goals and projects.

Coordinating with development team, Testing team and Project Manager for meeting the deadline of the Project.

Requirement gathering, Creating cover letters, Contracts & Proposals.

Project and Product Handling in terms of its features enhancement.
Job Requirements:

Should be proficient in English communication.

Strong organizational, project management and interpersonal skills

Highly credible with the ability to influence both internally with colleagues, and externally with clients.

Ability to work in coordination with the development team.

Ability to understand, articulate and address business issues, business drivers and needs

Knowledge of MS Office suite.
