Job Description

  • Complete (revenues & profits) responsibility for the shop- beauty products
  • Engage with customers on a regular basis and understand their requirements on beauty products
  • handle any customer grievance
  • Keep the management informed about all the happenings at the - beauty products
  • Sales planning for the month and ensuring revenue & profit targets are met
  • Consistently achieves sales goals on daily, weekly, monthly basis.
  • Responsible for Target analysis, strategies to achieve target and monthly target reviews
  • Budget and inventory Management.
  • Ensuring profitability of the Shop- beauty products
  • Ensure smooth operations of Shop- beauty products
  • offer and maintain outstanding standards of Customer Services at the shop- beauty products
