Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Must have knowledge about portals like Upwork, Elance, Guru etc
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns.
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- 0-2 years of experience in Business Development.
- Strong Knowledge of any one of the portals like Upwork, Elance, Guru etc
- Must have exp in writing Proposal / Costing/ Negotiations/ prepare project schedules
- Presentation Skills and Ability to handle clients
- Excellent problem-solving skills and love technical challenges.
- Ability to motivate staff in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast pace environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good working experience in effort estimation, client follow up, proposal writing, costing, negotiations, follow up & requirement gathering and a link between the development team and client.
