JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Designation: Business Development Executive
This is a telecommute (work from home) position and is commission-based.
• Responsible for acquiring new clients from IT, Engineering, Construction and Mining Domains. US & Canada Region.
• To be able to build a relationship and network with clients for Permanent staffing.
• To be able to identify potential clients and build these into key accounts for Permanent staffing.
• To be able to value-add to our clients' needs and provides total staffing solutions to them
• develop and present recruitment strategy plans to high-level customers.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, consultative & negotiation skills.
