Job Summary
  • The Business Development Executive (BDE) responsibilities include generating leads and scheduling appointments, create new ideas to increase appointments and perform basic office functions as needed.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • To act as a lead generation engine, provide a robust pipeline of leads for the sales team and help increase our hunting activities
  • Conduct Market Research
  • Business Development
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals
  • Call past customers and cold call new leads.
  • Core Competencies 
  • Hands-on experience in cold calling including prospecting, lead qualification and requirement understanding
  • Target oriented with a passion for generating new business
  • Ability to make presentations & excellent communication skills
  • Perseverant with ability to meet deadlines and targets
  • People and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge, Skill and Ability
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Manage multiple relationships well
  • Detail-oriented and organized
