Job Summary
- The Business Development Executive (BDE) responsibilities include generating leads and scheduling appointments, create new ideas to increase appointments and perform basic office functions as needed.
- To act as a lead generation engine, provide a robust pipeline of leads for the sales team and help increase our hunting activities
- Conduct Market Research
- Business Development
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals
- Call past customers and cold call new leads.
- Core Competencies
- Hands-on experience in cold calling including prospecting, lead qualification and requirement understanding
- Target oriented with a passion for generating new business
- Ability to make presentations & excellent communication skills
- Perseverant with ability to meet deadlines and targets
- People and relationship management skills
