Business Development Executive Job in D&A Financial Services P Ltd at Mumbai

- Participate in the origination of equity and debt fund raising transactions. 

- Keep track of developments in various sectors/ industries and identify potential equity/ debt fund raising opportunities. 
- Analysis and interpretation of financial statements; ability to then convey conclusions and insights clearly. 
- Prepare transaction marketing material e.g. teasers, pitch-books with highest expectations on quality of output. 
- B.Com BBA/ BMS/MBA/MMS Finance would be preferred. 
- Candidates should already be residing in Mumbai 
 MUST HAVE  

- Good finance and accounting fundamentals,  

- Advanced MS Word, MS Excel 

- PowerPoint skills,  

- Knowledge of financial modeling,  

- Strong written and verbal skills,  

- Excellent Presentation and Communication skills,
