- Making calls and sending emails to Prospective clients about services that the Company offers and arranging for a meeting thereafter.
- Prepare and follow up on any quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
- Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
- Co-ordinate with the team and Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Be a One-point of contact between the team and the client.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problem.
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.).
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
- Deal with customer complaints or issues
