Job Description
- Keep track of customer expectations and recurring issues.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions are taken.
- Build a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship between customers and our brand.
- Interact with customers to resolve issues by visiting their place.
- Good exposure in backend operations.
- Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns both online and offline.

On one hot Summer noon, after a hectic morning in college, the only thing on Rachit's mind was his favourite ‘Chinese Fried Rice’ and to spend some time with his friends who were sitting at the Canteen Tables.
The Only Problem...There was a long queue at the cash counter and an even longer one at the food counter. It took almost 45 minutes just to get a single serving of fried rice. That day something changed; there was a sudden need and desire to save time wasted in queues every day in every place. This was the first realisation that something needed to be done to save such a criminal waste of time.
Further research revealed that this was a much bigger issue faced by millions of people every day. Just imagine the impact if a million people were to save even one minute of their day...
There was then an urgent need to address the mammoth waste of time resulting from queuing up for meals.
This was the birth of EasyQueue! The one-stop solution for digitally ordering/ pre-ordering and collecting ready meals while saving your precious time. One of the first problem locations identified were Corporate Parks with large workforces but limited time and access to the few food options available.
EasyQueue envisions a future where queues don't exist. You can be the master of your time and plan how you would like to spend your limited daily break time.
