activities.
This role requires the Executive to visit the client’s office for pitching the business proposal,
negotiate deals and maintaining the workflow of the on-boarding process with its proper
documentation
Responsibilities:• Conduct market research to identify Business Opportunities
• Actively seek out new opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media• Lead Acquisition• Researching organizations and individuals online and approach (through LinkedIn, WhatsApp) to identify new leads and potential new markets• Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing• Strategize to build and acquire clients across multiple industries for research and consulting services
• Shall be responsible for account handling and their requirement handling for all the content• Attend periodic sales training where applicable
• Maximize revenues from the same accounts by delivering the most expected content, and crossselling and upselling• Shall scrutinize and feedback customers understanding to the sent proposals/businesscase/presentations based on their experience
• Customizing content in terms of market research report/titles aptly suiting the needs of the clients• Consolidating and overlooking the requirement of the clients
• Must understand and carry out instructions/tasks handed over effectively
• Must be flexible with variety of work handed over and complete with justice.
Must be a full-time dedicated team member
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams• Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails.• Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base.
• Update and maintain Notes of the outbound calls and customers response in detail
• Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
• Send or email product literature, brochures, catalogs and other campaign material.
• Monitor competitors’ products or services and create selling strategies for own products or services.
• Assist and support sales, marketing or other departments in handling customer requests and needs.
