Job Description
- Digital Sales Executive / Manager
- Develop our Digital Acquisition to maximise revenue from Branding, SEO, Affiliates, PPC, Web Design and Digital Media Campaigns (CPM, CPC, CPV, CPI, CPL)
- Well connected with clients to get monthly orders
- Highly effective in converting leads to clients
- Should be from an ad agency background
- Identifying clients and ability to make powerful pitch presentations.
- The position will involve a passionate sales person to identify the clients and acquire them to serve them through multiple digital platforms.
- Ability to develop a new territory, lead generation and cold calling, result oriented, strong verbal and written communication skills, able to work both independently and in a team, energetic self-motivated, willing to embrace new digital technology.
- Develop strategic plan to achieve revenue goals; hit or exceed these revenue goals
- Research the customer and their competition to prepare the right sales pitch
- Develop and execute pre-sales / sales strategy.
- Prepare and conduct strategic pitches and presentations.
- Should promote Social, SMS, Email, Branding &Performance Marketing solutions and a new portfolio of products introduced by the company.
- Finding out who controls the advertising budget in target organisations and contacting them contribute strategically to the growth and direction of the marketing philosophy, target demographics, etc.
- Work with the creative team to ensure the clients' messaging is delivered inconsistently innovative and engaging ways
- Develop and expand client partnerships with rigorous and detailed attention to client needs, development of case studies for purposes of heralding agency-client wins and for up-sell
- The candidate should be well connected in the media/online/digital industry & must have a good rapport with the Marketing / Brand Managers in various companies and should have experience in business development from corporate/media/online/digital segment.
- Experiences Required: Key Experiences, Skills, Knowledge and Education:
- Bachelor's Degree, educated to degree level or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in an online advertising sales role
- Demonstrated passion for search technology and its use in driving revenue and customer satisfaction
- Experience with a focus on Sales. Proven ability to understand customer needs, build ongoing relationships, and create solutions
- Good knowledge of digital media platforms, ad-networks in display and mobile.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
