Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the Business Development activities for IT & Non IT Recruitment / Staffing.
- The Candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, increase the business with existing clients as well.
- Tracking new clients in various industries.
- Maintaining customer relationships and meeting all clients' needs appropriate to their business.
- Strongly consider Business Development, Client Acquisition in HR Consulting, Staffing and Recruitment industry.
- Responsible to achieve Business Targets and new Revenue generation through Permanent Staffing.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
- Candidate should have min 6 moths of experience in field sales.
- Candidate must be presentable and have a pleasing personality.
- Should be flexible to work parallel with current job.
- Candidate should have good communication skills.
- Candidate must be hardworking and keen to learn new things.
- HSC passed can also apply but must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
