Key Accountabilities: 
  • Manage the Business Development activities for IT & Non IT Recruitment / Staffing.
  • The Candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, increase the business with existing clients as well.
  • Tracking new clients in various industries.
  • Maintaining customer relationships and meeting all clients' needs appropriate to their business.
  • Strongly consider Business Development, Client Acquisition in HR Consulting, Staffing and Recruitment industry.
  • Responsible to achieve Business Targets and new Revenue generation through Permanent Staffing.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
  • Candidate should have min 6 moths of experience in field sales.
  • Candidate must be presentable and have a pleasing personality.
  • Should be flexible to work parallel with current job.
  • Candidate should have good communication skills.
  • Candidate must be hardworking and keen to learn new things. 
  • HSC passed can also apply but must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
