- Generate New Business to the Bank by doing fresh Acquisition of CASA & other Banking products.
- Manage and sell Savings Account by conducting several marketing activities.
- Understand and analyse the customer needs and provide customised solutions to fulfill their requirements.
- Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Core Competencies Skills:
- Prior experience in Banking /Financial Services/Insurance/NBFC sector is a must
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Target oriented.Good learner.
- Should be young and energetic with passion for sales
- Strong customer service orientation along with process adherence
