Job Description
- Candidate should be Graduate in any stream ( Science background will be preferred) but not mandatory.
- Willing to work in U.S & U.K Shift, responsible for outbound calls.
- Calling, lead generation, create a database of new employees, research for new clients, for business development
- Good in English communication.
- Candidate Should have 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Any Graduate ( Science Background will be an advantage) but not mandatory.
- Good in Communication
- Responsible & interested for outbound call, will be responsible for 'Business Development '
- Able to generate leads/prospects over the phone to develop & maintain positive working & effective relationship with existing /new clients.
- Should be computer proficient.
- Candidate Should have Minimum 1 Year of experience.
- excellent communication skills with good command over English to make cold calls
- ensure strict adherence of sale process & outbound procedures.

- experience into IT, Intellectual Property, service industry, health industry etc will be preferable.
- Self-motivated, goal oriented and confident.
- BDE will be responsible for acquiring new clients through outbound calls, Identifying business opportunities, facilitating the creation of solutions for clients.
- Ability to develop & maintain positive working relationship with the client.
- Understanding current external and internal business challenge.
- Willing to work in US & UK Shift.
