• The successful candidate will coach, lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives to achieve set targets and drive new customer leads and appointments.
  
• The successful candidate will use the CRM to plan and develop the sales leads pipeline, manage the team's activity, and drive performance effectively. 
• In addition to forecasting accurately, and report regularly, they will carry out regular 121s, coach, support and motivate the team, alongside closely monitoring their own performance.
  

You will need to demonstrate suitable experience of the following

• Have a proven track record in sales management and proven sales strategies.
• An ideal candidate is expected to have at least 5+ years of solid software & solution sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• The passion to coach and develop a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Help develop and execute a territory business plan by identifying potential clients resulting in a robust pipeline.
• A tenacious and resilient approach to engaging with business.
• Handling the Sales & Marketing functional activities.
• Ability to work on own initiative and drive through results.
• Ability to adapt to a high pressure, fast-paced environment
• Strong team player who will work closely with colleagues Tenacious, motivated and driven to meet (or exceed) expectations
• An ambition to learn an exciting new product and adapt your sales skills accordingly.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, confident and comfortable with talking to stakeholders at all levels on the phone, email or face-to-face.
• Proficiency in Social networking tools.
