Job Description
Job Specifics:
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Age between 21 to 30
- Job Location: 70, 2nd Floor, P.P Chambers, Fateh Ali Road, Opp. KDMC Office, Dombivli (E) (Location available on GMap)
- Work Days: Mon to Sat (9 Hours)
- Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
- Bond Period is of 1 year
- Generate new leads and direct clients within mobile and digital technologies.
- Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives.
- Engage with C-level, VP and Director-level contacts of mid-size and large companies. Must be interested in cold calling, pitching to the right person, fixing appointments for corporate presentations.
- Talk to influencers and decision-makers involved in procuring IT/software & development.
- Qualify prospects and identify potential opportunities.
- Regular follow-ups with the prospects that have been identified as potential clients and who have shown interest to use our services.
- Outgoing personality with a positive and energetic attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- An excited hunter with a proven ability to close new & prior experience growing or building sales territories.
- Generate outbound contacts for generating, qualifying leads, Make outbound cold calls to a targeted list of prospects.
- Schedule Conference calls.
- Coordinate with Technical Team to schedule pre-sales discussion, ensure smooth communication between prospect, sales team.
- Involved in Pre bids, Follow-ups, Competition Analysis.
- Involved in Pre bids, Follow-ups, Competition Analysis.
- Responsible for generating news & Business
- Involved in Client Engagement Activities.
- Candidates with (1 year) of experience in Business Development / Technical voice support / Inside-sales are preferred. Competent Freshers with good skills can also apply.
- Qualification: B.E, B Tech, BSc, BCA, MCA, MSc, MBA, PGDM with IT background or any other relevant degree.
- Proficient in English Speaking and Writing (Mandatory)
- Bond Period is of 1 year.
- Salary Range is 10k to 25k per Month.
- 2 Paid Leaves per Month after the 1-month probationary period.
- First Appraisal, 9 months after the end of the Probationary Period.
- Sick Leaves available.
- Annual Bonus is available.
