Job Description
- Salary Range :- 3 - 6 LPA
- Experience Range:- 2 - 8 years
- Specific to :- Training's, recruitment and BPO
- Should have a client data base, and should have the ability to on board clients and manage revenue generation for the firm on their own.
- Should have good connects in the industry
- Extensive experience across full spectrum of sales initiatives including; lead generation, marketing communications, customer acquisition, account management and retention.
- Should have worked with companies engaging into Recruitments, Trainings and BPO work.
- Solely responsible for revenue generation for the firm given lines of business are recruitment, training and BPO
- Should be able to on board at least 3 clients every month
- Ensure revenue targets are met every month and ensuring revenue generation and enhancing market share by driving key account relations
- Expert in new customer acquisitions and account management. Develop Recruitment/ training solutions for potential clients/new business development.
- Identifying and qualifying prospective customers through various channels of sales, including conferences, secondary research, industry networking events, existing customer relationships
- Responsible for account/client relationship management, tracking and ensuring all deliveries are met on time.
- Preparation, Review and Negotiation of the final contract with the key customers / prospects and ensure closure of the deals
- Strategizing long term business direction and marketing strategies to ensure maximum profitability in line with organizational objectives, achieving/exceeding monthly KPI's relating to activity and results
