Responsibilities and Duties:

Have a proven sales record
Identify prospective clients and follow-up with them for closing.
Sales presentations to key decision makers effectively selling the capabilities, credentials and project methodologies.
Identify client business needs.
Formulate and manage business alliances.
Prepares the annual Business Development Plan; as well as prepare the annual Work Plan.
Define and follow up of monthly, Quarterly & yearly targets and objectives. Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
Increase the company’s involvement with existing client.
Generate periodical report to highlight the business requirements and achievements.
Send all necessary reports/ data/feedback etc as called for from ZO/HO accurately and timely.
Maintain detailed and accurate pipeline and sales activity forecasting and reporting.
Area Nagpur and Wardha,Umred,Gondia,Bhandara,etc.
Handling a team of 2-3 sales executives
