Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Have a proven sales record
- Identify prospective clients and follow-up with them for closing.
- Sales presentations to key decision makers effectively selling the capabilities, credentials and project methodologies.
- Identify client business needs.
- Formulate and manage business alliances.
- Prepares the annual Business Development Plan; as well as prepare the annual Work Plan.
- Define and follow up of monthly, Quarterly & yearly targets and objectives. Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
- Increase the company’s involvement with existing client.
- Generate periodical report to highlight the business requirements and achievements.
- Send all necessary reports/ data/feedback etc as called for from ZO/HO accurately and timely.
- Maintain detailed and accurate pipeline and sales activity forecasting and reporting.
- Area Nagpur and Wardha,Umred,Gondia,Bhandara,etc.
- Handling a team of 2-3 sales executives
