Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Have a proven sales record
  • Identify prospective clients and follow-up with them for closing. 
  • Sales presentations to key decision makers effectively selling the capabilities, credentials and  project methodologies.
  • Identify client business needs.
  • Formulate and manage business alliances.
  • Prepares the annual Business Development Plan; as well as prepare the annual Work Plan. 
  • Define and follow up of monthly, Quarterly & yearly targets and objectives. Determine new  opportunities by analyzing business needs. 
  • Increase the company’s involvement with existing client. 
  • Generate periodical report to highlight the business requirements and achievements. 
  • Send all necessary reports/ data/feedback etc as called for from ZO/HO accurately and timely. 
  • Maintain detailed and accurate pipeline and sales activity forecasting and reporting.
  • Area Nagpur and Wardha,Umred,Gondia,Bhandara,etc.
  • Handling a team of 2-3 sales executives
