Position Description:

The Manager - Business Development & Recruitment Role, would drive the Sales & BD initiatives in order to expand client base, maximize revenue & market share while ensuring profitability. Job Location : Sector 63, Noida

Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for Business Development, New Client Acquisition and Key Account Management.

·         Identify new business opportunities and set up meetings with prospective clients.

·         Develop strong and appropriate connect with prospective clients to get the new business. 

·         Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects and presentations.

·         Communicate the USP of our services to prospective clients.

·         Plan and prepare PowerPoint presentations.

·         Respond to the client queries regarding the services in a timely fashion.

·         Develop business proposals for new and existing clients.

·         Develop creative strategies to retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback.

·         Provide the regular feedback to the management.

·         Research the market and do competitive analysis to prepare the right client pitch.

·         Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization.

Requirements:

·         A male/female candidate with 3 years of experience in Business Development/ Key Account Management profile.

·         Prior experience of similar industry will be preferred.

·         Willingness to grow within organization and work with stability.

·         Excellent and Effective communication skills in English.

·         Excellent business/ email writing skills in English.

·         Excellent in Presentation and Preparing PPTs.

·         Presentable and Pleasing personality.

·         Should understand the value of Client Relationship and Client Management.

·         Excellent networking, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
