Job Title(position):Business Development Executive (5 Positions)

Interview details: Telephonic Round -1// Skype Interview – 1
Time and date as per mutual availability of the candidate and interviewer.
The candidate will be called from USA (EST) for final interview so they should be available to take the calls in odd hours. (early morning or late evenings)
Place of joining: Noida Sector 62
Qualification: Post Graduate/ Undergraduate from any field (For Team members)
Shift (Job timing): 8:00 PM – 05:00 AM IST

Experience:

Strong experience with BPO Industry.
Should have experience in a product based company.
Experience in working with a Medical Device company is an added benefit.
For Team members: 3-5 years of experience with lead generation (BPO Sector),
Should have excellent communication skills and experience working in US process (Night Shifts).
Should be willing to work in a major outbound calling. Experience with the product based company.
Please Note: We need candidates who will be reaching out to our elite customers.
We want candidates with EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS (This is our first priority).
Candidates with a rigid accent will not be considered for this role.
Candidates need to be local from Delhi/ Noida or Ghaziabad in a worst case.
It would be difficult for guys to travel all the way from Gurgaon/ Dwarka for work but again we don't mind considering if the candidate is excellent.
Candidates out of Delhi NCR region will be rejected right away.
We need candidates having 3-5 Years of experience in BPO.
This would be a team member role and we want someone who knows how to be a team player.
Job hoppers will not be entertained. Need to have job stability in past.
Experience wise, we need someone with prior experience in sales lead generation.
BPO is a large field. We do not want to see people working in insurance/ telecom domain.
Someone from medical device domain is highly desired.
We want candidate having experience working in a product based environment.
Experience with fixing the internet will not work.
This will be 100% outbound calling for sales/business led generation.
They will reach to our clients, generate interest in them/ try to fix an appointment with our sales rep.
Once the appointment is fixed our sales reps will take it over from there.
This will be not a regular calling BPO for credit cards/ insurance policies.
They will be reaching out to Doctor's clinic/ offices/ Practice Managers.
Candidates must have experience working in US Shifts.
UK experience will not work
They should have experience working in Night shifts (Recent experience).
Should have real good Communication skills. (This is key to the selection)

Work Details & Responsibilities:

We are Czech based company majorly into Medical device manufacturing headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic.
We are currently operating in 55 countries and expanding exponentially.
We are setting up a call center in India to provide support and business lead generation to our US branch.
We want to hire a team of 5-6 team members which will be under the supervision of a Team Manager, to start with.
The team overall will be responsible for a Business lead generation in Canada and USA.
This will be accomplished through an active outbound call to our customers/ potential customers.
We need to hire people having experience with the product based company (Medical device/ physiotherapy/ cardio/ Aesthetic), coming from a strong BPO background and having experience working for US process (night shifts).
