Job Description

We are looking for a bright graduate/post graduate with 0-2 years of experience in retail/financial services/consumer sales/customer relationship etc.

We are working on a new business idea and looking for someone who has a strong passion for new business development and desire to learn.

Main responsibilities of the candidate would include:

Conduct online research and prepare data base of vendors/clients

Create survey questionnaire, collect customer feedbacks and analyze the results for the proposed services

Visit partners' counters to explain about the business proposition and finally onboarding in our program
Relationship Management with tech partner for App development/logistics providers and other stakeholders Managing end to end lifecycle of order execution and customer relationship by attending all queries/calls
The candidate can work from home for doing research/desk work but expected to travel throughout the Delhi/NCR for visiting partner sites and onboarding.

Candidate having a vehicle with a valid driving license need only apply. We are at the very nascent stage of setting up our business so it will not be possible for us to offer any fixed salary.

At this stage, we will be able to reimburse some travel expenses when in the field, we may also consider a weekly stipend to deserving candidates.

Candidates with advanced knowledge of excel/programming skills and familiarity with MS office suits, social media are strongly preferred.

We are really keen to hire someone who is very excited about the idea of setting up the business from the scratch and learning all aspects of setting up a new business.
