Job Description
1) Responsible for handling day to day operations on seller panels of various online marketplaces
like Amazon, Flipkart.
2) Creating listings for the entire range of product portfolios for several clients.
3) Monitor online customer feedback.
4) Processing orders for clients through seller panels on the various marketplaces.
5) Implementing promotional offers on a regular basis as per client's requirements or as suggested
by the category managers.
6) Maintaining follow up with all e-commerce portals for resolving any issues (Claims, Overcharges
etc.) which might cause hindrances in the day to day operations
7) Updating keywords etc. to facilitate effective search results for different products.
8) Handling amazon and flipkart advertising
