We are hiring for candidates for our Corporate Office at Greater Noida, UP.
The person should be proficient in Hindi and should also be comfortable with the regional language of UP.
Regions: Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi NCR.
Shift: Day Shift

Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform market mapping or customer mapping in the geography assigned.
Proactively ensure market development and new customer acquisition for the Products & Services of VezaAgro in the assigned region.
Manage direct selling activities to assigned accounts, which includes developing and maintaining the relationship, and servicing the account either personally or through an assigned point of sale.
Maintain a thorough agronomic and technical knowledge of brand products and services.
Provide accurate information for all products & services of the company to the customers.
Implement the central & regional market initiatives which are in-line with business goals.
Maintain & provide the data as desired by the company for all clients or customers.
Abide strictly with the selling norms defined by the company. To ensure adherence to guidelines by internal & external regulator.

Skills Required:

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field of study. Will consider other education with related sales experience.
Experience effectively demonstrating self-motivation, initiative, assertiveness, and results orientation
Willingness to travel and live/work in a rural environment.
Possess convincing skills.
