  • We are hiring for candidates for our Corporate Office at Greater Noida, UP. 
  • The person should be proficient in Hindi and should also be comfortable with the regional language of UP.
  • Regions:  Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi NCR.
  • Shift: Day Shift
Roles and Responsibilities: 
  • Perform market mapping or customer mapping in the geography assigned.
  • Proactively ensure market development and new customer acquisition for the Products & Services of VezaAgro in the assigned region.
  • Manage direct selling activities to assigned accounts, which includes developing and maintaining the relationship, and servicing the account either personally or through an assigned point of sale.
  • Maintain a thorough agronomic and technical knowledge of brand products and services.
  • Provide accurate information for all products & services of the company to the customers.
  • Implement the central & regional market initiatives which are in-line with business goals.
  • Maintain & provide the data as desired by the company for all clients or customers.
  • Abide strictly with the selling norms defined by the company. To ensure adherence to guidelines by internal & external regulator. 
Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience),preferably in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field of study. Will consider other education with related sales experience.
  • Experience effectively demonstrating self-motivation, initiative, assertiveness, and results orientation
  • Willingness to travel and live/work in a rural environment.
  • Possess convincing skills.
  • Education: Bachelor/Master’s degree (or equivalent experience
  • Experience of minimum 1 year working in the agriculture industry sales.
