Job Summary

We are looking for online Bidder

• Experience 0 to 1 Years
  
• Responsible for Online Bidding on Portals like Upwork, Elance, PPH, Guru, etc.
  
• Generating business through above online freelancing portals, Excellent English in Read, Write and Verbal are important.
  
• -Should be comfortable in client calls & interaction.
  
• Job Type: Full-time
  
• Salary: ₹10,000.00 to15,000.00 /month
  

• Generate Business from Online Bidding Portals (Up work/ GURU / PPH) and from other portals.
• Able to find quality leads for Project Development.
• Able to write a cover letter as per the requirement.
• Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients
• Achieve business goals for the company.
• Drafting the proposals, developing and negotiating the contracts.
• To be involved in Pre-Bids, Follow-ups, Competition Analysis.
• Is updated with upcoming IT market trend and technologies.
• Identifying and generating prospects of new clients and fully supporting them till the agreement is signed.
• Prepare Business Development strategies.
• Creating a database of prospective clients and validating the information by understanding the requirements and proposing strong relationships with all potential and existing clients.
• Able to communicate with the client and understand their requirements comfortable contacting via email/call/Skype.
• Work with the team to understand the needs of the client and respond accordingly to achieve their business goals
