Job Description
- Duties:
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of Key accounts and for delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- In the change of maintaining a strong sales pipeline through effective relationship building and account management.
- Identifying and assessing E-commerce client's critical needs.
- Managing High revenue generating E-commerce Clients
- Attend meetings with E-commerce clients.
- Single point of contact for priority customers and resolving their critical issues.
- Respond to client's communications or queries.
- Conduct regular Business Reviews with management and clients.
- Keeping all business parameters up to date according to market trend and competitor's activities.
- Able to manage time and projects effectively.
- Up-selling and Cross-selling in the existing client list.
- Works together with colleagues to support the achievement of increased profit and sales without compromising the quality of work.
