- This role will assist our clients in generating Information & Intelligence on their prospective customers by utilizing advance web research and connect with prospective customers over phone or email and generate interest in the offerings, as per Campaign specifications.
- Score them based on their qualification & interest level and advice on next steps.
- Researching companies & contacts meeting prospecting criteria
- Planning and executing email blasts
- Connect with target companies & contacts & execute campaign objectives
- Connect with TG from North America or/& Europe for
- Generate intelligence
- Identify RPCs
- Lead Generation
- Appointment Setting
- Content Syndication
- Contact Discovery
- Cold Calling
- Lead Qualification
- Enquiry response
- Event follow-up
- Engage prospective customer in meaningful dialogue over phone
- Smart Handling of all customer calls /enquires
- Qualify and score leads/opportunities
- Stay in touch with prospects with emails & phone calls
- Report progress & achievement on the basis of role metric.
- Manage & update details in CRM
- Regularly monitor and manage the update of information related to leads, contacts, accounts and account hierarchies in order to maintain clean and appropriately structured database records
- Only male candidates.
- Willing to work in US Shift(6.00 Pm -3.00 AM) Mon- Fri
- Must be Internet savvy and comfortable with using the Web as a research tool.
- Experience and comfort in making prospecting calls and other new account penetration activities
- Strong analytical skills and good working knowledge of MS Office
- Comfortable with reaching and exceeding quotas for lead generation, appointments, registrations, conversions etc.
- Fast-thinking, innovative and passionate team player who enjoy brainstorming new ideas, working with the best and brightest in the demand generation industry and who want to take their career to the next level.
- Demonstrated commitment, energy, and integrity, with the ability to be self-motivating, and produce high quality work within established deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Solid working knowledge of office productivity tools/MS Office
