Job Description

MAIN OBJECTIVES:

  • The Business Development Executive (female) is responsible for performance and development of Dubl’up sales and ensuring merchant partner acquisition, adhering to all company policies and standards set by the Company. 
  • You would also prepare action plans for effective search of business leads and prospects such as restaurants, salons, spas, hotels, gyms, leisure activities etc
  • Maintain excellent relationship with existing merchants to retain them. 
  • Understand customer needs, expectations and service levels.

MAIN DUTIES

  • To get maximum new merchant partner acquisitions for the respective brand in Pune & to enhance the brand and overall merchant base
  • To address merchant partner issues to the management immediately
  • To ensure periodic visit to merchant partners
  • To train merchant partner’s on the brand’s app, process, and terms of use
  • To coordinate with the head office team & to ensure smooth service for customers and partners
  • To achieve the allotted merchant acquisition targets across parameters
  • To achieve the allotted Dubl'up package sales
  • To bear additional responsibility as and when required for the benefit and betterment of the company
  • Achieve profitability objectives as per given sales targets and monthly budgets
  • Assisting the unit head(s)/ directors in performing various functions of the department as directed, providing a superior level of customer relations and service
  • Continual monitoring and analyze competitor products, services, offers, and activities, as well as detailed understanding of market trends
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures they are communicated and implemented

Customer & Merchant Focus:

  • Ensure that excellent customer & merchant relationships are built and maintained within the market
  • Maintain excellent relationship with existing merchant’s and find ways and means to retain them
  • Take the lead in resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Ensure all feedback from customers is fed to the business head
  • Identify ways of improving the overall function

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure full controls are in place to maintain proper and appropriate conduct of business practices by fully implementing the procedures, policies, and control processes
  • Where issues are identified with policies and operational procedures, comments should be escalated to the respected official(s) with suggested amendments
  • Ensure day-to-day compliance with the Company’s own internal policies and procedures, timnings & work ethics
  • Overall operational knowledge on products, services, to enhance service levels

Relationship Management:

  • Manage relationships with key internal and external people.
  • Contribute to an environment of teamwork within the business unit
  • Education : Preferred MBA in Sales & Marketing / Graduate / Marketing professional
