Job Summary
- Performing customized targeted sales strategies
- Sharing information about company/product/organization
- Cold Calling, Business Development and Lead Generation via Phone, Email and Web
- Facilitating future sales and meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support
- Assisting other team members as needed
- Understanding the requirements and suggesting the right solutions for the prospects.
- Providing high level product demonstration.
- Discussing, negotiating & closing the deal.
- Building pipelines and making sure that the deal gets closed by following up regularly.
- Updating CRM.
- Should be a good data analyzer - Should be able to study the data of your customers & suggest customer success strategies.
- Customer Focused - Should be extremely customer centric.
- Analytical approach to problem solving and a track record of driving results through continuous improvement.
- Market Research and Database maintenance activities and participate in team meetings, networking, and activities to grow the business
