Responsibilities and Duties

Candidate will be responsible for complete end-to-end sales cycle.
Call on all In-bound enquiries and try to convert them into actual sales.
Will send emails with offers, rate list, project layouts etc. to the customers and will follow up on those emails.
Will work under strict targets for sales Real estate experience will be an added advantage
Will have to work on very aggressive sales targets and in-turn achieve sales numbers and targets.
Calling leads and closing leads.
Candidate will be responsible for the entire end-to-end sales cycle of a real estate project.
Should have very good negotiation, analytical, convincing and influential skills
