Job Description
Designation - Business Development Executive
Work Location - Baner (Pune) - Work from office
Salary - up to 3 Lacs + Incentives
Education - BBA / MBA Fresher
Training - 3 months
During training period, Salary will be (Rs 10,000 to 15,000 + incentives) per month, 4th month onwards salary will be up to 30,000 + Incentives per month.
Requirements
1. Making Corporate (company) tie-ups for selling and marketing of HR Remedy India services.
E.g. Permanent Recruitment services, Corporate Training, RPO to companies.
2. Coordinating & virtual meeting with HR Head / HR Directors / AVP HR of different companies in order to get more Client / Business / Sell.
3. Have to maintain a daily, weekly MIS report.
Desired candidate profile
1. Need excellent oral & written communication skills.
