  • Represent company at various forums, build visibility and establish the company as a preference to outsource.

Reporting - BD Manager

Smart, focused healthcare sales profile for US Healthcare services sales position. Lead flow is tremendous, so the sales are mostly inbound.

Job Functions:

  • First point of contact after Lead generation
  • Providing information about the company's services appropriately.
  • Building Sales Pipeline for the organization.
  • Negotiating and closing business deals when required to deal with end to end sales.
  • Initiate B2B sales calls and push those larger deals across for better handling
  • Establishing and maintaining working relationships with the onshore sales representatives
  • Ensure timely and proper follow-up for all assigned leads.
  • Achieving monthly and annual targets within the TAT.
  • Co-ordination with BD- manager, onshore sales rep, Transition Team, Operations Team.
  • Administering accounts and preparing and submitting reports in time
  • Tracking leads assigned to various onshore consultants and support them for closure

Soft Skills:

  • Consultative selling ability
  • Very good listener and ability to understand client's needs and offer solutions
  • Understanding people dynamics and culture in US healthcare organizations
