  • Position Details: Inside Sales or Lead Generation Specialist
  • Job timing: 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
  • Week off: Alternative Saturday + All Sundays off
Requirements:-
  • The Inside Sales / Lead Generation Specialist is expected to:
  • Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media.
  • To introduce Nityo Infotech’s offerings and identify appropriate prospects within the target market.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of potential new business through outbound prospecting efforts
  • Fully qualify all potential leads prior to passing to sales for progressing and closure
  • Communicate with sales and pre-sales teams to ensure a smooth transition process for “pre-qualified” handoffs, and common understanding of the sales team needs
  • Communicate with marketing and management about market conditions to help create proper marketing initiatives that drive new business opportunities
  • Understand Nityo Infotech’s offerings and develop a basic understanding of each offering and how to articulate the offerings to prospective clients
  • Conduct needs analysis and identify prospects pain points and determine how Nityo Infotech’s offerings can address those needs.
  • Research competitive offerings in order to fully understand how to best position Nityo Infotech’s offerings against the competition
  • Properly handle objections put forth by prospects.
  • Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and related documents attached
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events as requested or needed
