  • Effective usage of new & existing client database for lead generation.
  • Handling Tele calling Campaigns and email campaigns to generate leads.
  • Need to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets of meetings.
  • Responsible for lead generation and appointment setting for Manager-BD.
  • Presenting  Quantum to potential clients through telephone calls and emails
  • Coordinating with Manager-BD for successful conversion of sales and helps department in achieving sales target.
  • A thorough understanding of clients training objectives including Return on Investment (ROI) objectives.
  • Positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
  • Very strong communication and presentation skills
  • Success in sales ability and demonstrate full knowledge of the sales process
  • Confident, takes initiative, has self-drive and self-organization.
