Job Description
Responsibility-
- Development, production, and delivery of the project.
- Delivering events on time within budget.
- Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines.
- Manage operational and administrative functions to ensure efficiently delivered projects.
- Travelling to onsite inspection and event management.
- Liasioning with all the parties involved in given events.
- Collaborating with different parties involved in an event and carrying out commercial negotiations.
- Responsible for project budgets from start to finish.
- Managing/Executing publicity, marketing and sales for the event.
- Ensure excellent customer service and quality delivery.
- Event executive should be expert in planning, managing, coordinating and communication.
- Should be creative to come up with interesting ideas.
- Should be a good listener.
- Ability to handle stress if any.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
