Job Description:
- Calling prospective leads to understand their requirements & introduce them to CAROK & its services.
- Utilizing the technology platform of CAROK to on-board customers & ensuring smooth transitioning of the customer to the Operations Team.
- Maintaining & tracking leads, customers for ensuring streamlined customer success process.
- Working in tandem with the Operations team for process improvisation.
- Providing support to the marketing team for course of events/activations/promotional events of CAROK.
KPIs
- Ensuring a high-rate of outbound sales calls every day.
- Attending inbound sales & ensuring high rate of customer on-boarding.
- Converting leads/prospects into customers & ensuring customer success whenever needed.
- Maintaining a MIS for all leads/customers.
- Meet the assigned daily/weekly/monthly target.
