Job Description
- Will be responsible to lead the Team for New client acquisition and cross sales.
- Will need to ensure KRA achievement in terms of NCA and Revenue.
- Ensure Training of Sales team on a weekly basis.
- Need to achieve sales targets of the defined territory
- B2B Inside Sales to Small & Medium Enterprises.
- Identify new sales opportunities in India through Inbound lead follow-up and Outbound calls and emails.
- Research prospects, map key decision makers CXO levels.
- Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client.
- Determining a client's business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable.
- Answering any technical questions the client might have.
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects within an assigned territory
- Close sales and achieve quarterly targets.
Skills Required
- Proven sales experience of 6 months to 3 Years
Track record of over-achieving targets.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel & MS Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
