Job Description
- We are looking for a candidate for the position of Sr. Business Development Executive, who will play a key role in smooth functioning of the organisation and building it to achieve the desired growth.

- Achieve and strive to exceed your revenue targets set by the company from time to time.
- Cold calling and lead generation as well as promoting and branding Vertois’ training services to the target audience.
- Responding to Requests for Proposal from prospects and clients.
- Client handling and nurturing; developing training plans with help of the Operationsream and ensuring quality execution.
- Sales forecasting, account planning and account management.
- Mining the already acquired clients for new opportunities and reference generation.
- Demonstrating the positive attitude and sales discipline skills required to achieve the set targets, team working skills required to ensure collective delivery excellence.
- Carrying out mailers, SMS campaigns and to spread awareness of company products and help management to build a strong brand image of the company.
- Assessment of marketing opportunities and target markets, intelligence gathering on customers & competitors, generating leads & possible sales, follow-up sales activity etc.
- Smooth and regular communication with the management of the company.
- Enable, assist and help other business development/marketing/sales staff to effectively implement the marketing strategies and attract suitable clients.
- Perform any other delegated tasks
