Business Development Executive Jobs in Salem - Queens Hotels

Actively plan and executes solicits prospects to generates prospective membership leads of Hotel & Resort memberships. Maintains membership databases and markets the resort and membership to the local community and potential members accordingly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Establishes short and long-term goals to achieve club membership objectives, sales and revenues.
• Develops and implements marketing campaigns in accordance with corporate, resort and membership guidelines.
• Coordinates various integrated communication and marketing activities to attract new members and events that engage and retain existing members.
• Executes a wide variety of details that involve direct mail, email broadcast campaigns, public relations, member/customer communications, media advertisements and other marketing plans and initiatives.
• Updates and maintains membership database and develops monthly membership reports as needed.
• Generate local community networking events to promote membership and solicit leads and sales.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 0 to 2 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education degree

Language Skills:  English & Any Regional Language 

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. 
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, 
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
