Business Development Executive
Job Description
* Create a prospect pipeline and initiate desired actvities for acquiring new Customers for Talentspire.
* Interact with prospects, by making and answering incoming calls, manage and develop target customer databases and facilitate the business head to acquire new customers as per the plan.
* To create initial awareness about Talentspire Brand among the target segments.
Qualification
* Basics: Degree or Equivalent.
* Experience: 3-5 years experience in similar position / capacity in a company.
* Specialised Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours: Data Entry Skills & Database Management, Customer Orientation, Discipline, Punctuality, Target Orientation, Teamwork, Persuasion, High Energy Levels, Product Knowledge.
Job Description/Field of Work:
1. Lead generation:
• To make regular calls, as per the sales plan from the available database and qualify leads into prospects.
• To source data regularly for tele-calling and keeping the prospect pipelines healthy.
2. Sales & New Customer acquisition:
• Using persuasion to sell Talentspire products. Making and receiving calls (inbound and outbound) with specific intention of convering leads into prospects and Customers - over the phone or online platforms.
• Handling trade enquires and helping in conversion of same.
3. Customer Satisfaction:
• Creating and improving customer satisfaction through regular and periodic calls to existing customers. Ensuring that existing customers and prospects get a chance to offer feedback to the company, through the telemarketing Team.
4. Sales Team Support:
• To support the sales and business development team with prompt market feedback on requests and requirements and business opportunities.
5. Database Cleansing:
• To regularly clean and prepare data - removing outdated and incorrect data fields, updating contact information like phone and mail-ids, for future marketing activities.
