Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree/PG/certification in Business, Marketing minimum 2-year working experience.
- Good working experience in marketing preferably building materials, household items, experience in sales function is an advantage.
- Experience in e-commerce sector is an advantage
- Good written and oral communication.
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Develops negotiating strategies, integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Chooses target consumers by using attractiveness and ability to win, develops consumer insight, understand target consumer perceived values of brands
- Understands shopping behaviors and motivations of target consumers help design shopping experiences that delight consumers/shoppers.
- Develops brand portfolio strategy, contributes to pricing and promotional strategy, proposes brand portfolio for key channels and key customers.
- Prepare FAQ and its answers to meet suppliers and customers.
- Meet vendors for listing products and negotiating product's price, quality, quantity, timing, MOQ etc.
