Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research. Develop and maintain a database of potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. 
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Monitor competitor activities and industry developments. 
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to the management.
