We are looking for a
Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1- 3 years of experience in Business Development for IT/ ITES services or products.
Duties and Responsibilities:-- Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, and customers
- Experience interacting (email and calls) with international clients
- Experience using various platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and others, etc) for lead generation for IT/Web
agencies.
- Candidates should have Business Development Experience in IT services
- Knowledge of using various tools for sales/marketing, wireframes /flow charts, leads/client management
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Developing effective marketing plans and executing them
- Lead Generation/constant interaction with the clients/prospecting clients from across various countries
- Preparing and developing reports, quotes, and proposals
- Basic knowledge/understanding of web technologies/key terms etc
Requirements:-
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Business Development for the IT industry
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
