Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, email campaigns, inbound inquiries, and social media.

Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or presentations with prospective clients.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and business partnerships.

Research and analyze target industries, competitors, and potential client needs to create strategic outreach plans.
2. Client Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain positive and long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions that align with their business goals.

Handle client queries professionally and ensure timely follow-up and communication.

Serve as the client liaison during the onboarding process and ensure a seamless transition to the account management team.
3. Sales & Revenue Generation:

Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers.

Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales effectively to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and pricing sheets tailored to client requirements.

Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients by identifying new needs and opportunities.
4. Strategic Planning and Market Research:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential threats and opportunities.

Provide feedback and recommendations to the marketing and product development teams based on client interactions and market insights.

Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to penetrate new markets.

Monitor industry news and attend relevant conferences or events to stay current on trends and generate leads.
5. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, meetings, and deals using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.

Track performance against KPIs including lead conversion rates, sales closures, and revenue growth.
6. Collaboration and Internal Coordination:

Work closely with marketing, product, finance, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and sales goals.

Participate in internal meetings to share customer insights, sales progress, and ideas for improvement.

Support marketing campaigns by providing market intelligence and assisting in content development or event planning.
