Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to address their financial needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales & Business Growth
- Promote and sell banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by developing innovative strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Cross-Selling & Upselling
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored banking solutions to maximize revenue.
- Encourage existing customers to opt for additional financial products or upgrade their current banking services.
- Coordinate with different banking departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Market Research & Strategic Planning
- Conduct research on the banking industry, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Develop and implement sales plans to expand the bank’s customer base.
- Suggest new financial products and services based on market demand and customer feedback.
Networking & Business Partnerships
- Establish partnerships with businesses, corporate houses, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) to generate leads.
- Attend networking events, industry seminars, and business forums to enhance the bank’s visibility.
- Collaborate with local businesses to create referral programs that boost customer acquisition.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations, policies, and ethical standards.
- Conduct due diligence on potential clients to mitigate financial risks.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow compliance procedures to prevent fraud.
