Business Development Executive
Job Description
Identify and approach potential clients (businesses, HR agencies, employers)

Explain and promote our online portal – Jobipo Onboard – and other services

Generate leads through field visits, calls, or online channels

Schedule and attend client meetings or product demos
-
Maintain client database and follow up for closures
-
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
-
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and support
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
-
Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.

Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, social media, email campaigns, and attending industry events.

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and strategic partners.

Qualify prospects by evaluating their needs, budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes.
2. Sales & Client Acquisition

Approach potential clients through various channels to establish rapport and set up meetings.
-
Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients in a compelling and professional manner.

Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations tailored to the client's business needs.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
3. Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins to maintain engagement and uncover further business opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met.
4. Market Research & Strategy Development

Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new areas for business growth.

Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product development and marketing strategies.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand awareness and lead generation efforts.

Assist in the development of pricing models, service offerings, and go-to-market strategies.
5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM software.

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, client feedback, and market analysis.

Provide insights and suggestions for improving business processes and enhancing sales performance.

Participate in team meetings and strategic planning sessions.
