We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. As a fresher in this role, you will be responsible for assisting the business development team in generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the companys market presence. Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify prospective clients through online tools, databases, and social media platforms.

Build and maintain a database of qualified leads with accurate and up-to-date information.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for targeting potential clients.

Assist in executing email campaigns, follow-ups, and outreach initiatives.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for lead generation.

Qualify leads through initial outreach and prepare detailed prospect reports.

Track and measure lead generation performance using CRM tools or spreadsheets.

Support marketing efforts with content preparation, presentations, and promotional materials.

Requirements:

MBA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong research and analytical skills.

Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM) is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with social media platforms like LinkedIn for professional networking and lead generation.

Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a fast-paced IT services environment.
